    In this episode I dive into my relationship with food and my body because boyyy it’s been rocky. I give a synopsis of my challenges with binge eating, bulimia, and anorexia followed by some of the solutions I’ve found to help. I have not “healed” my relationship with food and my body but am actively healing it each day through consistent actions and positive self talk. I talk about how I’ve learned to show up for myself with fitness and a healthy diet and all the ways that has improved my life.
