We are joined by Jeremy & Danielle Rowland and Melissa Powell as we talk about creating a healthy rhythm in our lives. How do we balance family, work, and volunteering at the corps? What are key things we need to do to ensure our spiritual walk is healthy and strong? How do we get past the ‘shame game’ (shaming ourselves) when we know we need to take a step back or simply say ‘no’? How do we give enough of ourselves to our family, our job, and our church?

Majors Jay and Jamie Spalding, the Divisional Youth Secretaries from the North and South Carolina Division are our special guests.
