Off My Chest is a poetry book that focuses on the importance of emotions and experiences. This book will appeal to those who have gone through hardships and those who may feel jaded or feel that what is happening to them is inexpressible, only to end up being misunderstood. Knowing our progress comes through experiences as the collective human race, which are very diverse, and both hateful and loving. Therefore, an outlet and coping mechanism - arguably, a form of therapy - is needed. That is what I present to you in the form of this manuscript.
