There's no "right" way to be pregnant or a new mom, only stretchy pants to be worn and choices to be made. This guide asks and answers all the essential questions, such as: Should I have an unmedicated or drugged-out birth? (Up to you!) Will I have time to pee as a new mom? (Maybe!) How do I avoid hating my partner? (That's more complicated.)

With all that we go through in life, seeking light can bring us comfort amid storms, heart-ache and frustrations. During a time of deep contemplation, I decided that I might not have control or answers to many of the worlds troubles but I can share light to those who are seeking light. Ultimately, all we can control is ourselves. Through life, the scriptures have brought me answers and insight in troubled water and helped me gain knowledge. We are life coaches and sisters (by law).
