Wake up new. Can you imagine waking up one day and finding out that you are dead? Your entire life is gone. You can never see your family again. Sam woke up to find out that his wife had allowed both of them to die in car wrecks. The world that suddenly opened up to them could not have been imagined when they started down this path.

No one could have anticipated the catastrophe that had occurred on Earth, but it meant that they would have to continue their colonization efforts without any Earth-bound help or guidance. It also meant that every member of the other space-bound locations would have to find a way to resupply without the assistance of their Earthly headquarters. If they couldn't, they would all certainly die.

Ever since man looked up into the night sky at the lights above him, there has been a dream to touch these points of light and even live there. That dream was impossible for most of our human history, but it is not only possible but probable now. Mr. Parker was the lightning rod to bring the forces together to set in motion this previously impossible dream. Greg was the man to actual put it into place. Neither of them could do this alone.
