Islam, one of the Abrahamic faiths, originated in the seventh century, following the first revelation of the Holy Quran from Allah (God) to the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). He was the last of messengers who brought the final words of Allah to humanity. Islam encompasses six articles of faith and five pillars, both of which allow Muslims to cultivate their relationship with Allah. The holy Quran is the most important sacred scripture among them. Its message promotes a comprehensive way of life that stands for "peace through submission to Allah".

In Allah’s sight, there is no distinction between men and women: Both have the same rights and duties, both are equally rewarded or punished according to their deeds, and both are equally valued as Allah’s creations. However, throughout history, there have been negative social constructs that do not honor women’s rights. Such stereotypes created around women stand in direct opposition to the teachings of Allah and His Messengers (peace be upon them). This book is for listeners to grasp Allah’s teachings about the main roles of Muslim women in society.
