Join Lola as she learns what it means to be a big sister in the third installment in the loveable Lola series. We all know how much Lola loves books, so it is no surprise that she can't wait to share her love of reading with her new baby brother, Leo. Lola gets ready for little Leo's arrival by reading books about brothers and sisters and picking out the perfect stories that she just knows her little brother will love. When the baby is finally here, Lola takes on the role of big sister - she helps her mommy and daddy around the house and tells Leo stories.

Book-loving Lola is inspired by a collection of garden poems that she reads with her mommy. She wants to plant her own garden of beautiful flowers, so she and Mommy go to the library to check out books about gardening. They choose their flowers and buy their seeds. They dig and plant. And then they wait. Lola finds it hard to wait for her flowers to grow, but she spends the time creating her own flower book. Soon she has a garden full of sunflowers and invites all of her friends for cakes and punch and a story amongst the flowers.

Lola loves to go to the library with her daddy. Every night she reads a new story, and the next day, she acts it out. One day she's a fairy princess, the next day she goes on a trip to Lagos! She becomes a tiger, a farmer, a pilot...what will Lola be next?

Join Papa and Little One on a very ordinary day, as they explore Little One's big question: 'what do we need?' Together, they decide they need lots of things—clean water, friends, a home—but, above all, they need each other.
