Helen is a normal college student yawning away the minutes in her philosophy class. Sirens sound outside the school. They grow in number, getting closer and closer. When she steps outside the building, she is greeted by screams and blood. The zombie apocalypse has begun and there is no longer time to think.

Patton, a college-aged genius plans to rob a train of gold. He enlists the aid of Geronimo, a widowed ex-con; Skittles, a good-natured circus acrobat; and Royce, a cigar-chomping biker. After the robbery takes place, the gold is divided into three lots and hidden on three different vehicles. This causes confusion and betrayal by all involved in this steampunk adventure.
