Meaningful, informative and applicable

Valuable description of challenges our teens face and how to guide them while protecting and reviving our connection with them. Narration was engaging.

super relevant and insightful

Dr Duffy gives a beacon of hope and light in seemingly dark and helpless, sometimes hopeless times. Definitely worthy of your time and attention. I will listen many times over.

good read for anyone parenting teens

I enjoyed this book thoroughly. there's a lot to consider in parenting a teen. at times, I thought oh this is overwhelming, but the author beautifully addressed this. this book does not have a ton of tangible strategies, but in my opinion does far better by providing overarching themes of love, curiosity, and attachment to focus on.

very negative. leaping statements and conclusions

The narration is fine. this is a very negative take on adolescence and parenting teens, worry about this, worry about that...
