Growing up team sports played a huge role in my life. I played hockey, soccer, and football and discovered rugby in high school. I played competitive rugby from age 16-56. I was, for a time, the oldest competitive player in the Canadian Rugby Union. At 52 I closed a retail business that had fed my family for 20 years and opened a spa. That was the beginning of evolving my passion for fitness and wellbeing. First Rule: Have Fun tells that story and the lessons learned. Grateful to be the father of 4 wonderful adult children, for good health and great friends. Now that this first book is published it seems I've found another passion to pour myself into. The best is yet to come.
