Matt Peale is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) living in the New Orleans area. He has a BS in Marketing from the University of Southern Mississippi (1997), and didn't get his start into the fitness world until 2008. Working at gyms and health clubs in California, Mississippi, and Louisiana, Matt has worked with clients of all ages to help them become their best physically and mentally. With his first book, Athlete in the Game of Life, Matt talks about the physical perils working from home and sheltering in place has on executives, professionals, and older adults. Chronic pain has taken over as people spend hours on their computers and devices during the pandemic. The book discusses how to overcome this pain naturally with an exercise prescription, that allows everyone to enjoy their hobbies and lifestyle pain free for maximum enjoyment. Matt enjoys working out, golf, competing in Elite Masters Division obstacle course races, and sharing the fun of New Orleans with family and friends. Some of his goals are to travel on all seven continents, and speak to over one million people worldwide as a leader in healthy and active lifestyle seminars and events.
