Nate is a retired police officer from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, where he specialized in crisis intervention and negotiation. His personal battle with PTSD and addiction, followed by his transformative recovery, ignited his passion for helping others. In 2014, he founded Ultimate Addiction Resource, an organization dedicated to supporting first responders and their families in overcoming addiction and mental health challenges. He partnered with several inpatient treatment centers throughout the country as a clinical liaison, admissions counselor, and operations director. Later, Nate founded Holding Doors where he offers - Recovery Coaching and Education to better meet his clients' needs and leverage his specialties. This more organized structure allows him to serve even more people effectively. Nate's innovative approach to addiction intervention is rooted in his own journey and professional expertise. He is a sought-after expert, educator, and speaker, sharing his methods at conferences and training sessions worldwide. His dedication to fostering mental well-being and purposeful living drives his mission to help others lead addiction-free, fulfilling lives. Nate finds the greatest fulfillment in his one-on-one aftercare program, where he engages intimately with clients, supporting their comprehensive transformation across all aspects of their lives.
