Insightful and easy to listen to.
There is a good bit of content here in this book, but it never feels overwhelming because the author/narrator is very easy to listen to. He's got a good voice and doesn't rush through his concepts. I like that there are parts where he asks the listener to write things down like a list. It helps drive home the idea that this isn't just about listening but doing exercises. As someone who struggles with certain areas of social anxiety this definitely helps. Highly recommended. #Audible1
