Never in my 30 plus years of life did I think I would be talking to you about how not only am I now a morning person, but I actually love and PREFER being a morning person! I am always someone who has naturally identified with being a night owl, but not anymore. Getting up at 5 am, getting in a morning workout, and getting your sh*t together before the sun comes up actually works! I am going to tell you why, and give you 6 tips that helped me transition from night owl to early bird. I talk a little science, a little mindset, and everything in between.
Feel free to eye roll at this episode all you want but do yourself a favor and at least give it a listen. If this night owl can do it, anyone can!
