    On this exciting podcast episode we got to speak with Kane Sivesind and talked about their journey together with Trevor through college and developed the app Coach Catalyst. The Podcast episode starts off with a back story of how Kane and Trevor met in freshmen college as they both joined the basketball team. Kane and Trevor talk about the traits they found in each other that made them think of co-founding a company together. Kane talks about how their skill set on the court complimented each other which also developed and flowed into the real world and business world. Trevor gives tips for fitness coaches that would like to own a gym and also gives them an insight into what changes when you start owning gyms. Trevor talks about his “aha” moment when he realized he needed an app that would help him manage his clients better. Kane also talks about some lessons they learned as they started developing their app. Kane also talks about the moment he realized people were interested in the software they developed and how they improved it along the way. Nearing the end of the podcast Trevor talks about making mistakes and how important it is to learn from mistakes and failures. Kane finishes off by explaining how important keeping relationships with people and users helped them grow and developed the software better.
