I know how important your horse and riding is to you. Your horse is your best friend and riding is YOUR time away from the hustle and bustle of life! I know you want to be the best rider you can, but you are juggling all the things in your busy life. Work, kids, home life that your health and fitness is put to the bottom of your to-do list. But spoiler alert when you make YOUR health and fitness a priority you can show up better in all areas of your life and be a better rider for your horse. After 14 years as a teacher I decided to retrain and qualified as a personal trainer, nutrition coach and life coach and I am here to share everything I know about simplifying fitness and food as a busy equestrian. I know you struggle for time so I am going to make it QUICK and SIMPLE.. no fluff here friend! Inside the podcast you will find easy quick at home fitness, simple family friendly nutrition advice and expert guests from the equestrian world.
