    Are you tired of feeling like you're walking on eggshells around your child, never knowing when they'll explode in anger? As a parent, it's heartbreaking to see your child so upset and frustrated, but it's even more concerning when that anger is directed towards you.


    This week, we talk with Matt from Capa First Response to explore the help available if you are experiencing child on parent violence, and the possible reasons behind your child's anger. From dealing with shame to finding supporters, we'll cover it all. So, if you're ready to understand your child's anger and find ways to end it, keep listening.


    Matt has worked with families and young people for over a decade in a wide range of settings including pastoral roles in schools, supporting victims and perpetrators of violent crime within the NHS and as a Solution Focused Lead Practitioner supporting families experiencing Child to Parent Violence and Aggression. Matt is an accredited Solution Focused Practitioner as well as a Tavistock and Portman Foundation trained Community Therapy Facilitator. He is dedicated to empowering families and individuals to find solutions that work for them and enable them to be at their best more of the time.
