  • Hi! I’m Jess, and I’m on a mission to make it easier to find the right therapist! Through candid conversations with therapists from all walks of life, we will hear about their personal narratives and therapeutic methods, while also enjoying a few silly moments.

    My life changed in 2020 when I started my therapy journey, and decided to share all that I was learning on my podcast Human to Human. This podcast has turned into a fun space where I get real about the messiness of being human.

    On Human to Human I encourage my community to seek therapy but I know it can be hard to find the right match for each person's individual needs. So I am beyond excited to launch Mental Health Matchmaker... each episode I will be interviewing trained and licensed therapists who are accepting new clients virtually and in person! Let's get to know the person behind each practitioner and I hope that I can help you along your therapy journey.
