Being a difficult person

Loved the book overall and found it tremendously hwlpfull.

my only concern being the chapter on difficult people made no mention of what to do if you find yourself falling into the categories of diicult people.
I personally feal that i cpuld be identified as many of the groupsbof difficult people outlined in this book and would like to seek help in this regard.
It was my understanding upon first listen that the chief advice of the author was to aviod contact with these people and didn't offer advice on what resources to seek if you are.

please advise 🙏
