2 chapters are reversed

I enjoyed the book as a whole. I also have the Kindle version and what I realize is that on the Audible version chapters 4 and five are reversed.

Quick immediate results

I listened and took the time to do the conversational resume exercise (a structured journal) and have done the warm up exercises. Both of these simple changes have vastly and immediately improved my day to day interactions as well as my own mental attitude. There doesn't seem to be anything earth shattering or difficult in this book, but is it's so easy, why haven't I done it before? Because the author gives easy tactics and structures to build these easy things in to one's day to day interactions.
