Great intro to mindfulness
This book was a great introduction to mindfulness. As a result of listening to it, I have started a daily meditation. It has brought a great sense of calm and focus to my life!!

Excellent book worth the listen
I am always exploring and finding ways to meditate and find my inner peace, as Ian said in this book, we need to take care of ourselves. This book was very easy to follow and gave insight as to what one can accomplish with just apply the techniques a few minutes a day, most importantly he explained why and it can work for you, if your looking for a meditation book to help you understand and inspired to start, please give this book a read or listen, you wont be disappointed, thank you Isn, this helped me so much

Good for beginners
I wish it had mentioned this was a beginners guide to mindfulness. Going through all the reasons to try it was not necessary for me, but I'm sure for someone just testing the waters or who wants to learn more, it would be helpful. I was looking for much more in depth details and instructions.

Three Mantras
Whatever is coming come, however it goes, so be it. Nothing whatsoever is necessary. This was my favorite lesson from the book. Only reason I rated this book three stars was because I felt like the information was dragged on too long!
