Too Short!

This book was filled with great tips on mastering self discipline but was too short. I would have loved if it had gone further into the details and science that it only touched briefly on. Very helpful tips, definitely worth the read!

Overall interresting but I would have taken more

Was overall great but I feel that many sections could elaborate more. I personnnaly like situational examples and the like. Different trick for each aspect would be great as well considering that there is not a perfect solution that applies to all. Tks Ian for putting this together.

Pleasantly surprised

Really enjoyed the reading. I feel motivated about some personal goals because of this book.
Will definitely come back to it again in the future and will advise my friends to get one as well since I am pretty sure they’ll need it.

short and on point

This book is for someone who doesn't want to read whole lot of research and ideas. Author has made it very simple and yet included lot of ideas like mindfulness to organization in short way.

Definitely recommended and can be repeated without getting bored.
