About the Creator

Kristen Ashley is the New York Times bestselling author of over 80 romance novels. She’s a hybrid author, publishing titles both independently and traditionally. Definitely complicated!

Right person, wrong time, and it goes from there! Hickson and Greta were definitely electric together, but some serious missteps on the onset threatened to derail what was building. That took time, patience, and understanding, on both their parts, to overcome. But what they built while doing that was simply magical <3

Very good but wordy

I enjoyed listening to this book however many useless comments that have no impact to the story and could have easily been left out. Still love it and would recommend it to others. Not a huge fan of hearing details around anal, what’s the point?

love the book. the male narrator ruined it....

the way the male narrator ruined the female voice in this story really gutted me. I love the book but he sounded terrible in his female voice. the female narrator was aces.

Story was great but too much crassness.

I stuck with it as the story was interesting but it was overwritten overly descriptive and over acted by the narrators. Tender moments were overshadowed by crude and vulgar language that wasn’t necessary. The story would have been beautiful if it had been less wordy and less vulgar.

wonderful!

i love kristen ashley’s work... and it works so well in an audio format. this story is beautifully enhanced by two of the best readers, erin and lance. i recommend this one highly!

Another Great KA Romance!

Kristen Ashley didn’t disappoint! Fell in love with sheriff Hixon Drake from the start! I loved the chemistry between Greta and Hixon, as well as the the secondary characters. There was also enough angst, grovel, romance, action, and drama in this book.
I’m a huge fan of Lance Greenfield and his performance of the hero just made me love him more! This audible is a must listen! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for sure. #audible1

Not worth the money...

Thankfully I got this book on a 2 for one sale. I'm glad I did not pay full price. There is no character development but a lot of the author's character is revealed...
The female narrator aways sounded frustrated and harried .
I would not recommend this book.

Agonizing read

This book should be listed as soft pornography !
Poorly written and sex scenes were not needed to move the story along ! I could not finish this drivel!
