I had never ready anything by Karin Slaughter, this was my first of her books. I really enjoyed the storyline and the characters. I have downloaded several more to listen to going forward.

Story ws dragged out in places,it was hard to stay with the story, very slow.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I had all the emotions, which let me know the writing was amazing. I was so angry but laughed so hard at the sentence "her tits were so small they were like a second pair of eyes" HA!

Could not put it down

I had a hard time getting into it at first because I just finished "We are all guilty here" so, jumping from one cop story to the next within a matter of hours felt off as I still had the other characters fresh in my brain. I gave it a rest and came back to it and fell right in.
