À propos de cet audio
There's a new and faster way of anxiety relief, but few have ever heard it. Most people are advised to either just "manage" their anxiety or medicate it away.
If you're tired of just managing your anxiety and want a powerful natural solution, then apply the DARE technique, as explained in Barry McDonagh's latest book.
Based on hard science and over 10 years of helping people who suffer from anxiety, Barry McDonagh shares his most effective technique in this new book. The DARE technique can be used by everyone, regardless of age or background, to live lives free from anxiety or panic attacks.
In this step-by-step guide, you will discover how to:
- Stop panic attacks and end feelings of general anxiety
- Face any anxious situation you've been avoiding (driving, flying, shopping, etc.)
- Put an end to anxious or intrusive thoughts
- Use the correct natural supplements to relieve anxiety
- Boost your confidence and feel like your old self again
- Fall asleep faster and with less anxiety each night
- Live a more bold and adventurous life again

Perfectionism is a naturally limiting mindset. For example, kids are taught to color inside the lines, and any color outside the lines is considered a mistake that must be corrected. Imperfectionism frees us to live outside the lines, where possibilities are infinite, mistakes are allowed, and self-judgment is minimal.

Saved My Life
I see that a few people dislike this book, so I'm going to go straight into the review.
If you are experiencing anxiety (to the point where it is affecting your day to day life), panic attacks, or crazy thoughts, this is the book for you.
If you are just simply stressed out, or a little anxious about something in the future, this book may not seem helpful.
This book will be a LIFE CHANGER if you have INTENSE anxiety and/or panic attacks.
It's been a year now since I've have anxiety, and it was affecting me everyday. I would fear having a panic attack in transit. I would fear not being "hydrated" enough and fear fainting during class. It was horrible. I felt as if I was losing my mind. But then, I found DARE.
I only wish I found this book earlier. Barry McDonagh didn't just tell a story, he goes into your mind and teaches you how to treat anxiety.
I am so grateful that I found this book, it has saved my life.

Game Changing
I have struggled with axiety and panic attacks for years, and this is one of 2 books that I have read that have really made a profound difference for me (the other was When Panic Attacks). Because this audio is not crazy long, I would just play it and practice, then play and practice, for weeks until I found an approach that finally worked for me. And it is working, my fear has been subsiding and I feel a shift in the way I deal with my anxiety. The approach you are taught, along with the knowledge around your anxious thoughts and feelings are to the point and easy to understand. This book doesn't fluff around your feelings or drag on words, which I really appreciate. I'm not 100% better, but after a month or so I see a real difference and am continuously working on living my anxiety free life. I have whole days where I forget to check myself and measure, which is insane. I also downloaded the app, but all I've used on there was the 'Deep Release' meditation but I find it amazing at the end of the day. I welcome and allow my anxious feelings. I welcome and allow my anxious thoughts. If you struggle with high anxiety or panic attacks, I definitely recommend this book.

definitely one of the more helpful books.
So far the most helpful book. He gets it! Many moments of the book helped me through anxiety and panick attacks. Is the Dare method going to be easy? Nope! But I believe this book is going to be what I needed.
