Loved, loved, loved this book!
Sarah Knight - love her work. Forthright, witty and full of f-bombs that don’t offend me. Lots of insight here for those of us who say yes and behind the scenes bristle with resentment. It is far better to say no to begin with. Sarah tells you how.

Loved it
I'm a big fan of puns and wordplay, and this book had too many to count. Plus, as a people-pleasing, overacheiving, pushover (thank you for the new identity, Sarah), I really appreciated the many permissions to say no, as well as examples on how to actually say it. I will definitely be checking out her other books.

was expecting more to this book but literally is 3000 different examples on how to say no in different situations and scenarios... got the point a couple minutes in. very repetitive in my opinion.
