A must read/listen!

What an incredible book to read/listen to, and definitely a life changer. I’m sad that I finished it and wish there was more! Will have to listen through a second time.

very educative book

The carb cycling is not very efficient if you are insulin resistant or trying to lose weight. I felt this chapter outdated science.

Definitely Genius

It is genius in its simplicity. A few and difficult changes but once you realize the impact some frequently eaten foods have then the change becomes easier. Great concepts and truly enjoyed it.

Consolidates leading science and inspires

Listens easily and consolidates leading nutrition science. I like that Max welcomes us to verify his findings (in which I've kept a note book of research that I've looked up). Good stuff!

I learned a lot

Easy to listen to, I took my time and listened while riding my bike, driving, walking, doing housework, a very intelligent book. it's also inspiring. I found myself sharing the information with friends on a daily basis, they enjoyed it as well.
