Amazing book for real estate professional
Being a real estate broker is hard. There are so much competition, thousands and millions of brokers for sellers to choose including family or friends moonlighting as brokers. But this book shows me how to differentiate myself from the other brokers who don’t take the time to work on themselves as you become a professional,not just a licensee. There are so many ideas, strategies, and actions to be taken to become a ninja. I definitely will need to buy the paper book to get more nuggets that I may have missed.

Way too much oriented for real estate
I'm usually very open minded but I don't understand why the author didn't try to use a more general approach for selling concepts. It is way too specific to real estate market. Some good info, but one of the rare book I won't finish listening to.
