About this listen
A Gotrek and Felix Novel.
Gotrek and Felix delve into the dark places of the world once again, to help a dwarf prince reclaim his realm. But with greenskins around every corner, Gotrek's doom could be at hand...
Listen to it because...
A new era begins for Gotrek and Felix! A long time has passed and the world has changed, but their penchant for getting into trouble certainly hasn't...
The story:
Gotrek and Felix – unsung heroes of the Empire, or nothing more than common thieves and murderers? The truth perhaps lies somewhere in between, and depends entirely upon whom you ask...
After twenty years exploring other lands, Gotrek and Felix return to the Old World to find Chaos invaders rampaging through the lands of men, and the mountain holds of the dwarfs overrun by the foul orcs and goblins. Fulfilling an ancient oath, the pair travel deep beneath the world to help a dwarf prince reclaim his realm from the greenskins. But all is not as it seems, and Gotrek may finally meet his doom in the halls of his ancestors...

Story
In the World-that-Was, Gotrek Gurnisson was a whirlwind of fury on a quest for redemption. In the Mortal Realms, he remains a whirlwind of fury on a quest for redemption - and where slaying the worst that the worlds of Warhammer have to offer is concerned, there's a lot to be said for consistency. Come along for the ride with the slayer himself with this collection of Gotrek audio dramas written by David Guymer.

Story
Gotrek Gurnisson is the greatest Slayer of the age. He is a relic of a dead world, a sworn enemy of Chaos and a stranger in the Mortal Realms. Now, reborn and hungry for vengeance, he crosses the war-torn lands of Chamon armed with new oaths, pitting himself against the forces of evil. Accompanied by the aelven assassin Maleneth Witchblade, Gotrek marches to war with the Fyreslayers of the Grymm Peak Mountains, with a newfound sense of purpose. The fire in the Slayer's soul has not gone unnoticed, however. Far beneath the sea, the Idoneth Deepkin are stirring.

Story
The Realm of Beasts has ever been a place of savagery and destruction, defiant in the face of Sigmar's feeble attempts at liberation. But now, deep within the mountains of the Ghurish Heartlands, something ancient stirs. A god long-trapped is about to awaken, and the drumbeat of war calls. Ferocious Ironjawz, gluttonous Ogors and towering gargants all set their sights on the human interlopers, determined to cast down their keeps.

Great Story and Performance!
I thoroughly enjoyed the story, which includes quite a few new characters. I found that they were developed quite well, well enough for me to feel attached to some of them. There are mysteries here, and quite a few surprising moments that kept me listening. Good amount of action and laughs also!

Once again fantastic
Jonathan Keeble IS the voice of Gotrek and Felix to me. No one else compares, his performance is fantastic.
The story was excellent, I legitimately cared for the dwarf team. I can’t wait for more of Gotrek and Felix being together
The time jump felt jarring (20 years is a lot) but I guess it makes sense. Though Felix being 40 is a weird thought.
But my favourite adventure duo continues.

Not nearly as good as king
King’s books were fun and entertaining. This one was a slog with a silly antagonist that belongs more in D&D adventure . Some very inconsistent plots and character developments. It’s a shame because the series was good until this book
