INSTANT NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELLER!

“Very few authors have the power to make you laugh on one page and cry on the next. Moyes is one of them.” —
The New York Times

A story of mix-ups, mess-ups and making the most of second chances, this is the new novel from #1 New York Times bestselling author Jojo Moyes, author of Me Before You and The Giver of Stars

Who are you when you are forced to walk in someone else’s shoes?

Nisha Cantor lives the globetrotting life of the seriously wealthy, until her husband announces a divorce and cuts her off. Nisha is determined to hang onto her glamorous life. But in the meantime, she must scramble to cope--she doesn’t even have the shoes she was, until a moment ago, standing in.

That’s because Sam Kemp—in the bleakest point of her life—has accidentally taken Nisha’s gym bag. But Sam hardly has time to worry about a lost gym bag—she’s struggling to keep herself and her family afloat. When she tries on Nisha’s six-inch high Christian Louboutin red crocodile shoes, the resulting jolt of confidence that makes her realize something must change—and that thing is herself.

Full of Jojo Moyes’ signature humor, brilliant storytelling, and warmth, Someone Else’s Shoes is a story about how just one little thing can suddenly change everything.

Great ! Full of Surprises! Perfect Performance!

I bought this because I am a big fan of Daisy Ridley and I heard she was nominated for an Audie for her performance on this book and I can see why! Definitely one of the best audiobooks I have ever listened to, it is amazing how she captures different accents and gives each character a distinct voice. The book was not what I expected, it was far from the standard chick lit book. Instead it provides a fascinating story about a group of women going through shocking changes in their lives and how they overcome obstacles that come with the nastiness of life. I won’t spoil it, but it is definitely worth a listen, and this is saying much for someone who does not gravitate towards this type of story.

And there went my weekend!

I absolutely loved this book. The characters are real and honest, the story is both funny and sad at times throughout the book. I could not stop listening and even though the end was satisfying I was very disappointed that it was over. I will go back to other JoJo Myles titles now.

Great story!

This book was entertaining enough, with something for literally everyone : friendship, love, female empowerment, and twists and turns. But the narration on audible was excellent and truly made the story and keep you hooked to the end.

Funny. Real.

Great story. Fun. Couldn’t stop listening. A bit slow at times but then a twist would happen to keep you listening. Highly recommend.

Fun, better than I expected

I was looking for light fiction to escape with. This caper has great characters at all sides of the class spectrum, so banter is extra interesting. A fun read and very well read with many lovely British accents. Recommend.

Another best book ever!

This is the second book I read from this author. I have to say once again that this is one of the best books I’ve read in a long time, which is what I’ve said of the last book I read from this author, lol.
