I love stories where the couple gets together early in the tale and go through the drama together. This was a nicely balanced story with all the necessary tropes. I’m glad the series is done and ready to be enjoyed.

Male narrator was decent, but the female narration just didn't do it for me. As for the writing... pretty basic, low on descriptive detail and dialogue. Like you follow the plot and know certain details because the author straight up spoon feeds you the info, but it doesn't feel like you're in the world... also, didn't feel like an MC read, just not gritty enough for me to buy into it.
