    Pati is the creator of The 5 Star Pro-Recovery Diet and has taught at the Academy for Addiction & Mental Health Nutrition. She has extensive experience as a coach and educator, with a background in human services and special education.

His pioneering work has helped thousands worldwide and is featured in media, podcasts, and conferences.

    Dr. Lewis serves on the Pop Warner Youth Football Medical Advisory Board and National Collegiate Rugby’s Board of Directors, where he leads the Medical and Safety Committee. He is the author of When Brains Collide and a graduate of West Point and Tulane University School of Medicine, with advanced training from Walter Reed, Johns Hopkins, and WRAIR.
