  • From Faking O's to Embodying the VAlchemist with Suzanne Jeanine
    Jan 24 2025

043: My guest Suzanne Jeanine is an incredible woman who I've had the pleasure of working with 1:1 and in my group experience Vaginal Alchemy in 2024. Suzanne's journey with her sexual awakening and healing has been a long road of reclamation after years of conditioning and unmet desires, as she shares in great detail in this episode. I believe her experiences are so common, and she is a beacon of light (a role model leading the way, really) for women who are ready to shed the shame, stop faking their pleasure, and really OWN their orgasm and desires in relationship.

Suzanne is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner who is just kicking off this new practitioner path after a 7+ year long journey of learning how to balance her own health concerns. She is a Cancer Sun, Virgo Moon, and Aquarius Rising, and she is ready to harness her healer energy to support women struggling with similar metabolic, adrenal, & hormone imbalances. When she's not being an absolute nerd about health related topics, she's probably talking about therapy, pleasure, intuition, or astrology. She also has a deep affinity for nature, music, dancing, herbalism, sunshine, her friends, her dogs, and finding meaning in everything.

    • After her mom’s passing, experiencing the emotions and overlapping of her overall health journey and sexual healing journey
    • When you’re doing all the work to figure out what you want/like, being able to talk about it, but it not being received
    • What it was like coming to see a pelvic PT like Brittney after experiencing pain with sex, no pleasure, going weeks without orgasms in a newer relationship
    • Using masturbation and other mechanisms to cope with anger and frustration
    • What drew Suzanne into Vaginal Alchemy and what transpired for her
    • Honing her creative energy into poetry and a new heart-led business as a nutritional therapy practitioner
    • Reflecting on Suzanne’s journey and being a 6/2 in Human Design terms
