This is the best book on health I have ever read. Dr. Chatterjee emphasizes balance in four major areas of health and breaks each one down into simple steps that are totally doable.

I love the way Dr Chatterjee takes it back to basics and makes it easy. I am strongly educated in this field and have forgotten the basics myself! I have listened to this book multiple times and use is personally and teach it when ai can!
