Incredible info!

The info in this book is top notch. However the voice of the reader (not the author) was hard to listen to, did not enjoy it.

Wow!

So much information but so happy to have found this book. I definitely have to go back and review many parts again, but I feel confident that I found a book that will help me diagnose what’s going on and how I can get back to being strong.

Unlocking mysteries

I highly recommend this book. It presents a great balance between science and straight-talk. The authors have unlocked mysteries that have eluded me in all my research. It is written by women for older, active women. Even if you are not a top athlete you can still get a ton of great information from this book. I purchased it from Audible first and then ordered the book from Amazon as a reference guide.
