Worth trying what Daniel suggests

I found this to be a good guided meditation. Dr Amen suggests listening daily for 1 month and mood, memory, focus and overall health will benefit. Here goes 1 month, I'll report back!

A great way to relax and unwind. Dr. Amen‘s voice is great to listen to and very calming highly recommend the short little meditation.
