Good for beginner athletes
If you are just starting your quest in athletic performance, this book can help you. However, if you are a regular and competitive athlete already well versed in physical and performance concepts, this book will not teach you much.

Great book for helping your mental game
I am a powerlifter and I was looking for a book to help my mental game. I do quite well with the sport but I had a mental block with one of my lifts. I have listened to the book once and have implemented some of the suggested tactics. I listened to it every morning on the way to the gym. I am now listening to the book again to review and implement more tactics. I would recommend this book.
