book changed me

made me see I can't fix everyone, and the best kind of love is letting people be who they are. Really a hard pill to shallow . she made me realize how I made myself miserable . Great way to start a new year with fresh perceptive. everyone should read this book .

Highly Recommend

I’ve read and listened to a lot of books in the Self Improvement genre and this has to be my favourite. The concept seems so simple at the start, but I quickly realized although simple, it’s incredibly groundbreaking. As a chronic people pleaser that has been trying for years “not to care”, this book has already changed my thought patterns for the better. It’s improved my relationship with myself & with my husband & I can’t wait to see the other positive outcomes practicing this theory will bring! Thanks Mel & all who worked to bring this book to life!

Not perfect. Nothing is.

Love listening to Mel read her own book. It was excellent. I don’t agree with everything in it but LET ME take away all the very valuable parts that will make my life better. I could see listening to this one again some time when I’m struggling. I also toyed with getting my first ever tattoo while listening to this… Let Me.

Let ME!

I liked learning that it's not only "Let them", but also "let me". I stumbled upon Mel Robbins through a friend. She sent me a podcast and then I was hooked. I preordered this book and I am sooo happy I got to listen to it. It was just what I needed to hear. I hope others get joy out of this as well!
