Very useful

I’m currently training for a bodybuilding show, and I’m also an active BJJ competitor, and this book has been awesome at making me understand some key concepts of nutrition in regards to training performance and body composition. I have read several of Dr Israetel’s books, it is a good listen, but I will probably end up buying the paper version once its released just for the convenience of referencing to it when needed.

Incredibly credentialled authors, incredibly well researched and evidence-supported recommendations, and authors who also 'walk the walk' after they 'talk the talk'. Israetel should be at the top of your list for physical development and nutrition. If this is your first exposure to his work, it'll be a conduit to the rest of his offerings.
