This book has helped

I have ADHD and I can procrastinate to the 11th hour on incredibly important tasks because they’re boring. I will clean my already clean house to avoid any kind of paper work. I’m actually better about getting things done after implementing the strategies in this book. I listen to it again when I start to fall back into old habits.

Ironically, I though I would procrastinate

But I finished it! I started to listen to the audio book when walking the dog and going at the market. I can't stop thinking about many things said in that book. It doesn't go super deep in every explanations, but it is way enough to understand the problems and the solutions. There are so many things that we do not think about, but when you take the time to think about it, they are absolutely important, e.g.: break your objectives into smaller pieces to create a momentum or stop waiting to be in the good mood to be productive and do actions that will lead you in that mood. I really liked the 40/70 rule. The more I think about it, the more motivated I become and the more memories proves me this rule it an absolute motivation breaker when not applied. I definitely recommand it, and even if you think you don't procrastinate much, I can assure you that you are because it is human! Don't be hard on yourself and take the time to improve. As said in this book : solutions are valuable, when complains have no real values.

Not worth a credit

I'm sad I wasted a credit on this, I couldn't get past the first few chapters because the narrator was so flat and boring and the book just seems to take the advice of "break big tasks into small ones" and repeat it over and over while accusing people of being lazy and not lazy at the same time.
