Freedom never tasted so bitter.

This is the final instalment in the Darkmore Penitentiary series.

Full blurb coming soon!

This series is set in the world of Solaria five years after Zodiac Academy and ten years after Dark Fae and book one was previously published as Darkmore Penitentiary. There is some character crossover but all series can be listened to independent of each other without spoilers. The female lead will end up with more than one love interest.

The end of 3 long interconnected series

I was really looking forward to the conclusion of this series, but the story fell a little flat for me. There were heart warming moments and parts that made me laugh, but the overall plot was kind of dumb. And the ending dragged on and on. It felt like the whole prison break element of books 1-3 was well planned and plotted out, and this book felt like more of an afterthought.

A good ending to their story

My favourite character by far is Sin and I was so happy we got his background story and lost family! He’s such a funny yet lovable character.

The other guys are okay but each can get kinda annoying but so long as they play nicely together I’m good. The very end of the book when you get a peek at what’s to come in the years ahead, it just made sense for them which made me very happy.

This was a very large series it’s pretty good, not spectacular but good.
