I am Spirit, formless and free; whatever I think, I will be. Alex Rollins is an author, NSLS inductee, SHRM-CP, and an ordained minister. Her journey has allowed her to walk on different paths in life, and these experiences have made Alex the creative and charming individual she is today. She believes the multitude of perspectives and ways to see and experience the world are remarkable and essential for human development. Alex’s credentials include a Master's in Public Administration; and the proven capability to evaluate and understand different people and make the best decisions for them in a group or organization. Integrity, transparency, trust, and communication are the core values Alex lives her life around, which reflect in her work. She is an active and vibrant individual with an enigmatic personality that helps her captivate, inspire, and influence people around her. Alex loves to research and write and believes that learning is the core of human nature. She is a self-motivated individual, committed to excellence in all aspects of life through sheer hard work; she recently lost 175 lbs. after gastric sleeve surgery. Alex loves to travel around and explore, meet new people, learn about exciting new cultures and concepts, and live her life to its fullest. Family is the core of everything she does. Alex loves spending time with her partner and family, four stepchildren and two grandchildren, and they have always supported her through thick and thin. She also believes that nature is the cure for all ill souls and loves spending time with nature. Alex is a traveler at heart, and it brings her pleasure knowing she has a part in cultivating great experiences. Alex always had a knack for writing, and the drive to share her knowledge and experience inspired her to become an author. She has evolved into a polished professional with exceptional communication skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a sharp eye for detail. She aspires to use her writings and travel experiences to motivate and inspire young and creative minds.
