Really great book that I’m buying the paperback

Lots of really useful science and research based data and knowledge that just listening to it is not enough to absorb it all.

I have ordered the book to come in 2 days. It’s a keeper for sure.

Amazing

I started this book because I don’t want to spend all my time working out. I want to be and feel healthier.
I have lost significant weight by changing my diet but my muscle mass is lacking.
I am not interested in training in a way that causes injury - been there done that.
If I had read this book when I was younger I think I would have dismissed it believing fitness/health can’t be this easy.
I look forward to testing it on myself.
