About this listen
The bestselling fitness book for men who want to gain 25-35 pounds of lean muscle and lose as much fat or more in just 3-5 hours per week—and without giving up delicious foods or doing grueling workouts.
Is Bigger Leaner Stronger a body building book that can help you pack on brain-shrinking amounts of muscle in 30 days flat?
No.
Is it a fitness nutrition book full of dubious diet and exercise “hacks” and “shortcuts” for melting belly fat faster than a roided hornet?
Absolutely not.
But is it a science-based strength training book (and nutrition book) that’ll demystify building muscle and losing fat and show you exactly how to get a lean, strong, and muscular physique without spending hours in the gym every day?
And while still enjoying your favorite foods, like hamburgers, pizza, and ice cream?
Yes.
And you’ll see visible results in the mirror and gym in your first month on the program.
Here are just a few of the things you’ll discover inside this muscle building book for men:
● The 10 biggest fitness myths and mistakes that keep guys frail and confused. For example, “calories are all that matters,” “carbs and sugars make you fat,” and “some guys don’t have the genetics to get big.”
● The primary driver of muscle growth that forces your muscles to get bigger and stronger. And no, it has nothing to do with “muscle confusion,” “functional training,” or any other pseudoscientific fitness nonsense.
● How to create meal plans for building muscle and losing fat with foods you love so you never feel starved, deprived, or like you're "on a diet" (and especially a “bodybuilding diet”).
● A 12-month workout program that shows you how to use principles and methods taught in the book to build a full chest, wide shoulders and back, powerful legs, and strong arms.
● A no-BS guide to fitness supplements that’ll save you hundreds if not thousands of dollars on useless (and sometimes even dangerous) pills, powders, and potions.
And that’s not all, either . . .
● Bigger Leaner Stronger is one of the most popular bodybuilding books of all time, with over 800,000 copies sold in 16 languages, and it has helped tens of thousands of men of all ages and abilities transform their body composition, fitness, and health.
● 338 peer-reviewed scientific studies support the Bigger Leaner Stronger system of eating, training, and recovering for losing fat and building muscle and strength.
● Bigger Leaner Stronger is regularly revised based on the latest findings in nutrition, exercise, and supplementation research, with the latest version (fourth edition) released in 2023.
Here’s the bottom line:
You can get that head-turning “Hollywood hunk” body without following weird, extreme, or complicated diet, exercise, or supplementation methods or strategies.
And this workout book for men shows you how.
So, get your copy now, and start your journey to a bigger, leaner, and stronger you.

Can’t Recommend It Enough
I’ve listened to this audiobook five times. I truly believe it’s nothing short of stellar. Not only is the information presented extremely well, the program and protocols themselves (provided you take the time to digest everything properly) simply deliver in ways many do not. Thank you Mike for basically breathing new life into my fitness journey. I still have a long road ahead of me, but with Bigger Leaner Stronger, that road will undoubtedly be an enjoyable one. Just click the purchase button people. You’ll thank me later.

Picked this up on audible to listen to while I worked and didn't have time to actually read the physical text copy. While Michael does sound like a bit of a robot, I didn't mind cause it helps to emphasize the importance of understanding the instruction of the book. if you're looking for smooth storytelling, listen to an actual novel.

Week 1 down and looking forward to the future
This audiobook is a great listen for those wanting to demystify exercise and nutrition. I've read a few other books on similar topics but particularly appreciate the research-based recommendations including the nutrition and supplement portions.
All in all it got me motivated that in the middle of listening I started the nutrition plan and also working out!
As a dad of a toddler and infant in mu early 40s I'm looking forward to recreating my body so I can keep up and enjoy my children in the years to come!

Great information
A fantastic book packed with great information. A little dry at places, particularly with the slow rhythm and often monotone delivery.
The only thing I thought was missing was something about hydration. Otherwise the book explains the science and practical ways to get a solid routine going. I look forward to the fitness journey ahead.

What a well written book, well worth the cost
I was a personal trainer for 13 years and now I’m a physical therapist. I can honestly say I have not seen such a well written book on the topic of muscle building and getting stronger.
I wish I had this book many years ago when I first became a personal trainer as it would’ve drastically improved the work I did at the time.
I’d highly recommend purchasing this book if you are looking for honest accurate information on getting bigger, leaner and stronger.

The Only Fitness Book You'll Need
Honestly, this book is incredible. Despite being 16 hours long, it is so dense with content. I just finished it and I'm going to listen to it through a 2nd time immediately just to fully take in the content.
The best thing about all this, is Mike actually addresses the "elephants in the room" of why people struggle to lose fat and gain muscle. No sugar coating, just plain vanilla science. He addresses the problems and gives the solutions to them. All you need to do is identify what your pitfalls are and then follow his outline.
If you get any fitness book (or any product for that matter) get this one!
