Many of us especially in long term monogamous relationships forget the value in ourselves. Jon has written an incredible guide to improving your own self worth.

Loved it
I love the style of this book it’s raw it’s real there’s no bullshit. John Kim reads it himself which I really like. It kept my interest the entire time which I find very difficult to do with most books - so this worked really well for me. I love how positive it is… some of the other books I’ve been reading, have been somewhat depressing, but he gives real Tips on how to move forward I like that highly recommend.

If your in a relationship or if your single this book will help you immensely
Such a great book! The way the chapters are laid out is great for coming back and listening to certain parts. Although I likely will be reading this book for al the way through every year ! I love how throughout the book he suggests actionable tasks. This really was the book I was looking for, it really gave me what I needed to move forward with my life. Thank you so much John, I feel a debt to you and I will be suggesting this book to everyone.
