Why I read it until now?
Excellent book! The audio with her voice is gold, you can notice hints of her own emotions as well that make you to connect deeper. Full of tools that will break those infinite toxic thoughts.

Pure Gold! Very enlightening and educational
I really enjoyed this book. The author's way of explaining the information was very well thought out and easy to digest. I think everyone who reads/listens to this book will come away a more complete human being. Great insight into how our emotions and thoughts are intertwined and how to better manage our relationship with them. Truly a masterpiece of psychology that is a valuable tool for anyone trying to be the best version of themselves.

Though provoking
This book is what I had hoped therapy would be for me - the tool kit really helped me truly understand how to cope and deal with my emotions.
Despite the heavy topic being very educational, her voice is not monotone or boring - she keeps you engaged throughout the entire book.
