Story
Negativity is a normal part of life. Nobody can be positive all that time because life isn’t always going to be perfect. That said, sometimes negativity infiltrates our minds and bodies and never leaves. A good day can be ruined by your mind dwelling on something stupid that happened years ago. You sit for hours ruminating over it, and before you realize it, you have wasted a great day. We’ve all had experiences like that, and they suck.

Helpful and insightful
I would recommend this Audiobook to anyone struggling with anger issues. I have been angry for most of my life; this book explains in a concise way techniques on how to analyze and deal with anger.
The audiobooks are a way for me to remain grounded this audiobook achieves that.
I gave it only 4 stars because they could have expanded even more, but I definitely recommend as a complement to other anger management books.

What a disappointment!
I can’t understand how people are giving 4 or 5 stars, but I do respect other opinions. This is the worst book I’ve ever read. So boring, high level content, very simplistic. Total waste of time and money from my perspective.
