Life changing
I’m not sure if I’m relieved or mortified to see myself in 4 out of the six people interviewed. Having said that I’m thrilled to move forward and implement the suggestions given to the individuals. It was very emotional to see myself in these people. As I said to my sister, it is like listening to someone popping the bubbles in bubble wrap, listening to the very first person interviewed, because that is how many of the things addressed related to me. By the end of the book I was a bit she’ll shocked at how MANY things i can relate to and how much work is ahead of me. I will check in as I make progress!!! A million thanks for the amazing advice!

Life altering. Period.
I have taken so much, so many little gems of information and insight from this. In fact, I have challenged all 3 of my daughters and all 5 of my employees to get the audible and do it NOW. There is something to be learned for every human, without a doubt.

Mel hits another one out of the park!
I absolutely LOVE the format of this audiobook. She makes it so relate-able because it is interviews with real people you can connect with. You will NOT be disappointed with this audiobook!

I really enjoyed this self help book. It has made me look differently at how I parent, how I respond to situations in my own life and more importantly what triggers these responses. I am going to come back to this book again and again and I will always take away something new from it.

5 out of 5 hands down ! Amazing book, 100% relatable. Really helps you realize the root of many problems you may have. if you are trying to "find yourself" this is the book for you! and the audio version is a god send ! I can never finish books since I had kids because I fall asleep !
