A Self-Help Book That Really Helps

In this book Dr. Lee-Baggley gave many small steps that I could take which will actually improve my health. In the past I have read dozens of books that essentially suggest that "all" I have to do is instantly become a different person and all will be well. This book compassionately shows many tiny steps toward better health that I have already been able to incorporate into my life. I sleep a little better. I eat a little healthier. I exercise a little more. The best thing is that I have a plan that will allow me to keep adding tiny habits that will continue to add up towards a healthier me.
