Excellent
I never really be informed about attachment styles before. A lot of information in this 2 hours plus audiobook.
I really believe now that know more about ourself is a must.
I found the narrator is talking really fast, which made it hinge more complicated for me to follow. I had to use the voice slowing option to get into it.
5 stars for contains and information, 4 stars for narrator for reasons above.
